Poster In Our Alburgue
Bit of Colour On A Dull Day
Medieval Bridge At Hospital De Órbigo
We crossed it in the dark. Nice looking back after breakfast.
Corn Again.
Passed through a few farms.
The cows were being milked, and farm life is oblivious to the Camino.
Decisions, Decisions !
The rough track on the right was preferable to the sticky mud on the left, for me anyway.
Lovely Plantation Plane Trees
Another bright spot today.
What Do You Think?
Am I going mad or does that puddle look like an arrow? It was pointing in the right direction as well.
Cross With Astorga In The Distance.
Still 4 kms to walk through the outskirts.
Let Sleepng Dogs Lie !
Never a truer word. They were HUGE and the bigger ones were on chains nearby.
Might Get One For The Cold Nights Coming Up.
The Cheese Festival In Astorga
Near the Cathedral and about 30 cheeses to sample. A cheap morning tea.
A Very Friendly Cheese Maker From O'Cebreiro
She had me sample it all, explained it to me, and she knew I wasn't a potential customer.

The main room in the Alburgue
I'm there now and that heater is pumping out the warmth!
Cathedral Alter
Never understated in Spain.
Lovely Leadlights.
The Inner Courtyard
Cathedral Entry.
Detailed and Grand.
Washing day.
Gaudi's Palacio Episcopal.
Without doubt the most amazing building I've ever seen.

Perfect Symetery
Is that spelt correctly ?
A Gawdy Building
OMG!
Chocolate Museum Visit.
It was interesting. Chocolate has a history dating back to the 17th century here. Plenty of displays and sampling at the end; well worth €2.50. Easter eggs out already, ridiculous !
