¡Hola!

I haven't done much super-exciting this week, so I don't have a lot to say. Luckily that's about to change--tonight I'm going to a flamenco show and tomorrow morning we go on a class trip to Cordoba and Sevilla. So on Monday you'll hear about those adventures and the final results of the World Cup...

On Wednesday Spain beat Germany to advance to the finals. I went to this little tiny bar with my friends, where the owner/bartender is super nice and has an awesome, hearty laugh and two adorable little boys who sit on the bar and watch the game. He thinks we're really funny and is very proud that we're in love with his sons (Pablo, age 5, and Ismael, age 9). The boys sat with the arms around each other the whole game, it was so cute. When Spain scored, the three of them hugged for a long time; it was touching. Then we won and he gave us free drinks. It's very exciting to be here while they're doing so well--root for Spain on Sunday for my sake, even if you're Dutch. Thanks!

Baya
