Okay, where do I need to pick up here?
The bullfight was quite the spectacle. So exciting that I had to keep reminding myself how much I am not down with that sort of thing. I kept hoping one of the matadors would get gored (I figure they were there by choice, whereas the bull didn't volunteer), but the closest I got to seeing that was watching some of them bolt for the walls and fling themselves over (that was pretty hilarious in itself though). After the fight we went out for a night on the town and had a great time because it was a fiesta day and everyone was out drinking.
The next day when we woke up we had to trudge to the bus station nursing hangovers just to find out we were at the wrong station!..and the right bus station was right next to the pension we had been staying at!
THEN after finally getting to Cadiz and the coast we found out there were no beds available because it was the weekend and Cadiz is a hot vacation spot, so we moved on down to Chiclana where we STILL couldn't find beds (at least not for the right price), so we ended up just pitching our tent on the beach and keeping our fingers crossed that we wouldn't get kicked out. Luckily, even though we were right under the noses of all the fanciest resorts, it turned out that no one really cared, although we were definitely out of place.
After that night we moved inland a bit and splurged on a hostel with air conditioning and TV! Still, we're definitely not living the high life - right now we're in the process of washing as many changes of clothes as possible in the sink with a bar of soap (the laundromat is too far away and our feet hurt ). Definitely looking forward to seeing you in Ibiza, Dad.

P.S. When are the rest of you gonna come out here?

Aloha from Hawaii!
Hey guys! Kelli, Dad, and I (and the Parenteau's) got to Kona late last night...our flight was delayed 3 hours! We just read your new blogs and we love the pics. It sounds like you're having an awesome time...although we wish you were having an awesome time here with us. We'll have some pina coladas for you though. Have a few shots of tequila for all of us! Dad says he should be in Ibiza from the 4th to about the 9th...he wants to know when you guys are planning on being there. Have fun! Be safe! (And give mom a call if you can, because she's probably lonely back in Torrance!) Love you! -K and K

YAY for traversing the globe. :)
Blogging. What a wonderful modern method of communication. Free speech. And a way for me to actually see where you are. Technology. *sigh*. It's wonderful! Haha. But yay hi guys glad to see you are well and enjoying yourselves. Great idea bringing that tent. Industrial camping looks fun! :) As does beach camping! Who needs a tent?! Check facebook for our camping trip pics - after being forced to navigate Sequoia National Park with no directions, no signal to call other parties, we totally all came together at a random campsite me and Bryan settled on. Hilarity ensued. :) Miss you. Be careful! Stay safe. Much love. xx

Lost?
Hola hijos! You two may be lost, but you don't look too worried about it! How long are you going to be on Spanish coast? Where to next? Shoes? Love you, mom:-)

¡Hola from Spain!
Haha! Tequila would actually be a Mexican thing, but I suppose we could have a couple shots for you anyway!
