Lake Bled 1
Beautiful but bloody cold!Well, this was a girly escape from the duldrums that is work... We had a right laugh staying in the youth hostel Celica which I believe used to be an old prison. The town itelf was pretty with the castle right up above, the locals were alright and the food not great... We did discover a great vegetarian restaurant though which was cheap but delicious and did the job.
The nightlife was not great but it certainly was interesting; shopping was not great although we ended up in some designers studio looking at his latest collection before it being shipped off to Tokyo...
Our day trip to Lake Bled was fab, it was truly beautiful, very magical place, hope you enjy the pictures:
