Strada Lipscani...shaky walkway still up, little progress in sight. I went in the middle of the day on a workday. Number of workers working? 0. Number of workers in sight? 0. Not good numbers.

The "Justice Palace", where renovation finished in 2006. It was, like it looks, a turn of the century piece of architecture. It is located on the edge of the Dimbovita River, which runs through the city.

Casa Presei Libere (the Free Press House) seen from the banks of the Herastrau Lake. I promise to go investigate closer next time because it is a pretty interesting building.

A couple of trams were in the Piata Sf. Gheorghe. They look more exciting to ride than they are, alas.

The "Small Room" downstairs in the Ateneul Roman. Watched a concert there that was nice, but its a BYOTP kinda place. Which is fine, but come prepared.

Piata Romana Metro

The Piata Romana Metro is less dangerous than it looks...well, once the actual train comes in. As it is, there are only like two tiles of actual standing space on the edge. Its okay, usually, but watch out for rush hour.
