I love a good nights rest. This is by the the nicest Hostel I have stayed in. I mean its like a pent house converted into a Hostel. Great view of the plaza from our windows and slept like a baby.

Did the second walking tour today of the New Part of the City.

Learned about a Jewish Massacre that happen. Apparently the priest of a church said, that the reason why we are having so many issues here in Lisbon is because we have to many Jewish people here... Yes it is a sin to kill but I will forgive you for 150 days to kill as many Jew as possible. And soooo thousands of Jews were pulled from there home and killed within three days. The people made there mistake by killing a Kings friend that happen to be Jewish and so the King finally heard about was going on and came back to Lisbon and cleaned up the mess that the church has made. ( wow, Jewish people really did get the crappiest luck) So after the tour guide told us this story she was like ok now I am sorry for telling you the sad story but now lets go drink. ha. So we had some good liquor that is very popular here called Ginginha. Pretty good, very sweet, definitely not smart to get drunk off this stuff though. The tour ended great.

After the tour I went to Belem. Saw some amazing monuments and the Torre de Belem, a tower right on the beach. Looked like something out of a fairy tale. Glad I got to see everything that I wanted to in Lisbon.

Have an overnight train tonight back to Madrid and from there in the morning straight to a Small town outside of Barcelona called Tarrega. Yay for my first couch surfing experience.
