Second Day of Work

We continued on with much of the same work today... digging, leveling, painting, and also moved wood and dug ditches for a fence. After work, we stayed around for a special pierogi making class with our homeowner. She taught us how to make several kinds of pierogis - meat, ruskies (potatoes and cottage cheese), and fruit. We had fun making them, and then enjoyed eating them after!
