A Day in Hareid

I'll make this short, but want to share tractor photos from today. Lisa, Elin and Torbjorn's oldest daughter had the day off, so took us for a ride in the countryside. She is very accommodating, so stopped for all tractors. When Elin and Torbjorn were home, we had coffee and cheesecake.

Tonight we had a fabulous Portuguese fish dinner with a local fish Torbjorn had purchased from a local fisherman last May, he salted it and dried it outside before storing it in the freezer. To cook it, they soak it to get the salt out. The dish is called baccalo. Allan ate lots of it.
