28 Days to Roco and Cocos Adventure

Welcome to our first blog. Decided to have a go at this blogging business. After all I am full of a lot of words, and what better way to capture our holiday than through words and pictures. On Friday 22nd September, Rob (aka Roco) and I (aka Coco), begin our holiday to celebrate 30 years of marriage. Roco of course if you asked would have a smart comment regarding these 30 years of marriage, but he isn't writing this I am. So let's begin... Once upon a time... kidding. Our journey begins in Mackay, where we head off to visit our family in Adelaide, and meet a special little lady, Freda. This little lady has a special name after my beautiful Nana. Freda is a most welcome daughter to two other special humans (as my granddaughter says) Trev and Sim. Simone and I share a birthday, so of course I believe a connection. Three days in Adelaide catching up with my late Dads family is a very exciting way to start our holiday. From Adelaide we start our overseas journey, first stop is Ireland, where we will spend about a week exploring the Irish countryside and of course The Irish Whiskey Trail. Hubby is a bit excited bout this one, I will of course be the DD. After Ireland we head off to Sweden to see the beautiful John and Jill, bit excited bout this visit too. We get to meet, Cutie, Beautie and Fruity as John calls them. Three gorgeous girls like their Mumma. After some quality time in Sweden we train it up to Oslo in Norway for a couple of days. Then we train it on what's is labelled one of the top ten scenic train journeys to Bergen. Here in Bergen we board our Hurtigruten ship and cruise up the coast of Norway hunting the Northern Lights.
