Norway has 16 roads that have been selected as having outstanding scenery. Some of them also can be a challenging drive with narrow roads and steep ascents and descents. Five of the routes are further north than we went. Of the others we drove all or part of seven of them and hope to do an eighth before the end of the trip.
Here are my Top Trumps of Turistveger:
Helgelendskysten - a several day's drive along a series of islands linked by bridges and ferries. Did about two thirds of this over 4 days.

Atlanterhavsvegen (Atlantic Highway) - a road about 36km long linking a whole series of skerries with incredible bridges. For much of the way the ocean is both sides of you. Drove over two days stopped in the middle overnight.

Sognafellet - a road crossing major mountains with lots of snow in the scenery and views of glaciers. Drove in two days.

Nighmare long reverse down narrow 1 in 8 hill followed by German git in large camper. Drivers jamming themselves in everywhere making narrow road even narrower. Very stressful.
Less stressful reverse uphill on way down. Glad to get back on main road! Lesson learnt don' t do these roads when they are busy - go early.

Hardanger - known as the waterfall road. Drove almost by accident one day as we could not find any parking at Odda. Stayed overnight at Steindalsfossen.
