Visited the Frogner park with the newfound local friend. It houses the Vigeland's sculptures created by the famous Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland himself. The centerpiece is the 14 meter high column, the Monolith, carved out from a single block of stone. Surrounding the park is numerous bronze, grandnite sculptures depiting various human activities and interactions between man and woman, man and children, or one gender itself in different actions: holding hands, running, thinking, dancing, ...
