Happy Birthday Baby Jesus!

Jay made the best breakfast ever! I'm talking provolone, pepperoni and prociutto omelettes that were To-Die-For! After digesting, we took a stroll over to St. Peter's Square. On the way we saw the most darling takeout restaurant ever, Cucina Pugliese Take Away. Crazy right!!! We then jumped on a bus tour that went through all of Rome. Funny thing about the bus tour... We went on because it was supposed to rain, little did we know we had to sit on the open top. A few drops claimed us but we were lucky the rain held out! On the tour we saw St. Angelo square, Circo Massimo, Piazza Del Popolo, Colosseum and many more attractions.

After the tour, we came back to which my mom then prepared a delicious Christmas dinner. Antipasto, gnocchi, rigatoni, beef, chicken, and salad (all ingredients via Eataly) made our Christmas in Rome, truly an authentic one.

As the evening came to an end and the parents went to bed, all three kids stayed up and had a pretty intense game on Crazy 8's, high/low and speed. Jay even requested some help from the pope and came out with the big W and 10€. I still have yet to pay him.... Haha

Ciao for now!
