Question: What is the dominant religion in Italy, how does the faith differ from other world religions? What belifes or ideas make this religion unique

In "Italy's main religions" I learned about that Italy is not as religious as it used to be. In the article it said that one fifth of the populations of Italy is not believing in any gods or that is not sure in wat they believe in. Also I learned that catholic is the head quater of the catholic branch as to the pope is living in Italy.

The dominant religion in Italy is catholic religion. However not many people go to church. Culture changed over time, many people were catholic but not many people go to church today. I find it interesting because i got to learn many thing of the Italy religion.
