Today was for travelling to Venice, and as a cool extra our tour guide decided to take us through San Marino, one of Europe's smallest countries, nestled in Italy much like Canberra in NSW. It was actually a really good stop over, as it was very very high up and so we got great views of villages and fields. Continuing the italian experience I had my first italian cappucino and pasta, the cappucino being noticably better than reg coffee in Sydney. They also had some cool stuff that was free of taxes that italy has, there were samurai swords as in blade, kill bill 1 and 2 for only 25euro. i would have got one (purely for aesthetic pusposes, sticking it up on a wall at home), but i had nowhere to pack it. The four of us had a twin room this night, so we all gathered with others from the tour for poker and various other games in our room, again lots of fun. We were staying on Venice mainland so we didnt actually see canals etc that day.
