We got out of Finale Ligure as soon as we could, travelling via Geneva. Arrived in Milan about miday, then spent 40 min looking for the sodding hotel, which ended up being 5min down the road from the station, crap. By the time we´d checked in, got some water and cashed some travellers it was 1500, bahhh. So much for our day in Milan. To be honest we really didnt need much more time. We travelled by tram to the cathedral, trams are great, we were on a really rustic one, there were lots of new ones though. First we made a slight detour as it was our first time travelling by tram and I just presumed you just got on in the right direction, completely ignoring the fact that there are different lines. I don´t know why I thought this, seems very stupid now. Anyway we ended up in the completely wrong direction, lol.
When we got to the center the Cathedral was unbeleivable, I managed to get inside as well. Very ornate and very big. We then just had a wander arround, looking slightly out of place with all the properly dressed Italians, in their D &
G and all that other stuff. We went through a very pretty mall, filled with expensive shops, Prada bla bla bla. There was a Mc Danalds though, heh, it even had a fancy design to it, brilliant.
We had a dinner tonight, our first traditional Italian food.....made by chinese, hell it was cheap 😊.

Hey my dearest, I was just thinking about you guys.. one week ago we were in Pisa remember!! good times!! how was vienna? en where are you guys right now? i went to the lake saterday..but got sunburned soo badly haha..im really red right now on my back ...ah poor me;) lots of fun again and don't hit each other!! hugs nd kisses, Emma
