Day 10 & 11 Manarola Cinque Terre Of all the places I didn’t want it to rain it was the cinque terre. And what do ya know, it poured!!! The Duomo is impressive, a tiered pink, white and green marble facade stops you in your tracks as you enter the square. The Cathedral was begun in 1296 and took almost 150 years to complete.

A copy of David stands at the entrance to Palazzo Vechio in the Piazza della Signoria. The Piazza resembles an outdoor scuplture gallery.
