So the cycling has finished and now I start the walking part of the trip. Yesterday could be called a rest day as having flown from Malaga to Rome and met up with Jo, my BFF and walking buddy, we took the train down to Salerno and then the local ferry along the coast to Amalfi.

This was a great way to see the sort of landscapes that we would be walking through... although it was somewhat daunting as the terrain is exceedingly steep! After docking briefly in Cetara, Maiori and Minora we arrived in Amalfi.
