Today woke up to lovely sunshine. We needed to pack up and move to our next site. Some chose the coastal route but we decided to play safe and go direct. So it was back through Belfast, back towards Antrim and then up towards the Northern coast at Bushmills, home of Bushmills whisky. The campsite is very smart and close to the town.

After lunch we walked into the town. There are quite a lot of individual shops but also a lot of empty ones. Plenty of fish and chip shops though. At 5pm we had a group meeting to discuss arrangements for the next few days. One of our party could not get started this morning and had to get a breakdown firm out. They then broke down again in Belfast. At the moment it looks like battery problems. Another couple also broke down on the way but managed to make it. At least there are enough here to help each other out.

Only came across one rain shower today so hope it continues better for tomorrow.
