Woke up to rainy morning. It gradually cleared up but several storms came over. We are moving today so packed up and set off for M2. Following sat nav we came off the motorway too early and found ourselves towing a caravan through Belfast traffic! Fortunately sat nav kept us going and we arrived at Delamont Country Park site with quite a diversion. Very nice site with all services to each pitch. Had late lunch and waited for others to arrive. We have met the escorts, Colin and Tess who very welcoming.

Later in the afternoon we all met up for a glass of wine for our first meeting. Just got started and down came the rain, so meeting was abandoned until we later got together for a barbecue. Fortunately it was indoors to eat at least as by this time it was bucketing down! Thank goodness we crossed while the water was still calm.

We've now met some of the group and they seem a friendly lot. Walked back in the rain to the van, hoping for better tomorrow!
