Travel prep

So how do you prepare to travel for a few months! Here's some tips:
1: do your research on the areas you are thinking of visiting via blogs, Pinterest, lonely planet, up to date travel books etc
2: scan your passports and email them to yourself in case they go missing
3: get you jags (ouch!), they are often cheaper via the travel bureau
4: pack feck all (you can buy stuff over there)
5: sort out proof of onward travel
6:get started early, time flies!
7: have a big family get together ( I cooked for my 17! )
8: bring you ebook reader/music/crosswords... Whatever you're into
9: have a rough idea of how to get from the airport to your accommodation
10: bring a taste of home with you... Lyons tea, photo of your family, sentimental key ring etc
11: wear comfy clothes..leggings,genie pants, pyjamas lol
