Dave's Top 5

* Morrisey's Bar in Abbeyleix - get a pint and your corn flakes at the same time
* First pint of Guinness, second pint of Guinness, third pint of Guinness...
* Meal at Chris and Elaine's wedding (best beef fillet ever!)
* Elaine's dad's speech with a liberal spattering of fecks
* Mini wooden sauna in hotel room in Dublin (bizarre!)

Christina's Top 5

* Chris and Elaine's wedding, beautiful ceremony, fantastic reception, boogying with good friends, etc.
* Bob's Bar across from our hotel in Durrow, drinking Guinness with friends in this old Irish pub
* Elaine's mom reading a poem for Elaine at the reception - not a dry eye in the house!
* Playing in the playground overlooking the waterfall at Powerscourt (especially the digger)
* Wandering the streets of Dublin

better to attend friends Chris and Elaine's wedding.

Also travelling with us is Lionel the lion, a gift from Dave's family, with the intention to creep into the odd photo along our journey. Look out for Lionel.

The wedding was in Castle Durrow in the middle of Ireland with some great pubs in the vicinity. The wedding itself was brilliant, as you would expect in Ireland, especially if the father of the bride is a pub owner! Chris and Elaine looked fab and it was a really great time.

Next days were spent traveling to the coastal town of Bray across the Wicklow mountains (bit nippy) and into Dublin itself...stopping at various pubs along the way of course. Had dinner with Christina's friend Greg (from XL) and his wife Caroline.
