So we have been on our holiday for two weeks!! Its halfway over!! I haven't been the best blogger in the world but Ill try to better on the second. First I'll do a bit of catch up😊

AMSTERDAM & Lelystad Part 2
On the 21st we went into Amsterdam with Katinka and Danny (Matts sister-in-law and nephew). The Amsterdam Music Theater was having an open day, meaning that all day they would have art stuff going on for free. We wanted to go see the Dutch National Ballet but they didn't have an actual time schedule on the website. So we walked around a bit before we went to the Music Theater. Katinka brought us into China Town. I know, crazy right!! China Town in Amsterdam. We where wondering if there was a china town in every big city. When we got to Ireland we asked my sister if they had a China Town and she said no. So I guess not, but they do in Amsterdam. They were celebrating Buddhas birthday so there was a show going on and food vendors on the street. It was really interesting to see. Right next to where they were doing the show was the building where Kat said Rembrandt watched the autopsy that he then painted in The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Tulp (1632).

After walking through China Town we decided to head toward the music theater. When we walked in we heard "Seven minutes until the Dutch National Ballet preforms," over the intercom. We were so lucky!! We had arrived just on time to see the Ballet. They preformed little segments from different things. It was all beautiful. I was so excited to get to see the National Ballet Preform and for free!! We couldn't have been more lucky. One thing I feel like I need to mention about this trip into the city was that we ate at KFC, but not just any KFC. No, it was a three story KFC!! Everything in Amsterdam seems to just go up, up, up. They really make the most out of their space😊

We relaxed and hung out with Matts family in Lelystad on the 22nd and on the 23rd we went into Lelystad to look for Jasmine pants for me😊 I call them Jasmine pants, I think they are actually called harem pants. Matt found some for me..but the ones I got don't have a saggy crouch so they aren't Hammer time pants. Then on the 24th we were off to Ireland.
