- The Spa circuit is one of the most picturesque circuits on the F1 calendar
- Meeting and chatting with Peter Windsor, along with getting a hug and photo for the scrapbook - Joc got the hug, not Mick
- Hanging out with fellow F1 fans at pre-race preview party
- Michel's Gelati count - 18 (pastries & waffles still outweighing gelati)
- Joceline's Italian / French / German Coffee count - 35

Odd Spot(s)
* The size of the plates at "The One and Only" restaurant across from the hotel was outrages. Our 2 plates could just fit on a table designed for 4 people. Whacky!
* Many of the locals enjoyed a 1/2 litre beer for breakfast on the way to the track. No cans of beer were allowed on entry - but it's cool if you pour it into a
Alonso in Belgium
Alonso made the trip too, listening to F1 updates on his iPod and completing some last minute research on Belgium. plastic cup.
* It was unusal to attend a major event where no bags were searched on entry. Having said that, they were very strict on ticket management. All tickets was electronically scanned every time you entered or exited each gate and grandstand.
