BONJOUR!! wow what an amazing way to start my tour of europe!! In total i spent 5 nights in France - 2 nights in Paris, 1 night in Lyon and 2 nights in Nice. I finally got all the way to Moulin Rouge and I took ONE photo...oh well at least the Opera House was cool

Arc De Triumphe

it was kinda hard to get a photo of this thing because the roads around it are hectic as and there were people EVERYWHERE!!

Haven't these people heard of lifts??

We had to walk up a few hundred steps to get to the top of the Arc De Triumphe...this photo was taken half way up....

Views of Paris

After that massive struggle to get to the top of those steps, i was rewarded with some awesome 360 views across Paris.

Yes it's the Eiffel Tower..again...but looks who's in the photo this time?? P.S it was bloody cold up the top there which is why im struggling to put my mouth into a smiling position :)

Crazy French Driving!

The Arc De Triumphe is in the middle of a roundabout(Frenchstyle) and this roundabout has no lane markings...when we drove through here the night before, there was probably(and no joke!) about 10 lanes..well 10 rows of cars going in all directions!! Crazy!!!

Clear blue sky, sun out, birds in the pond....a layer of ICE covering the entire pond!!!!

This is a fountain in the private gardens at the back of the Chateau...You can clearly see the bird standing on ice...nice fountain though..
