Rainy day

Time to say good bye to M, P and Little K. It was good to have you here! Rain all the way to the airport. Hope the sun is all over Strängnäs by now!

We had the idea of doing some tourism after we’d left the airport “Nice Cote d'Azur”. Tried to reach Cagnes de Mer and Antibes, but the rain was pouring down so heavy we didn’t even see the Sea. And then we took a couple of wrong turns, so we ended up in Vence instead. A medieval town that is on all of the top-ten-lists of Provence.

Well, what do you say when you stand in a unique historic place like this in heavy rain, freezing in wet soaked shoes? Nah, this was nothing! Let’s go home and have a shower and a siesta.

We stopped by at Mc Donald’s and at the supermarket Intermarché in Carros and then steered towards La Tour. When we got there the sun made an effort to shine and everything felt better in an instant!

We shuffled the sheets in the washing machine and the croissants in the oven and our selves in the shower.

Home is always best!

Det kom lite solglimtar då och då när vi kom hem på eftermiddagen. Och nu på kvällen är det klart på himlen.... Hoppas på imorgon... Sixten har inte synts till sen du lämnade Bonson! Inte Lisa heller. Ska bli intressant och se om han dyker upp i morgon bitti, eller om han är "hemma hos sig" och sörjer att du stuckit från byn... /J

The old people are coming!
Delayed aircraft and some rain wouldn´t scare us,we´ll come for sure, and I have beachwear in my luggage.I already feel at home after seeing the video.Don´t worry we´ll find the way to Plan du Var,I´m an orienteer, you know. By the way, we have a wonderful sunny springtime in S-näs. See you soon.

Sixten is back! Har hållit oss sällskap hela förmiddagen på altanen. Han verkar må prima. Men verkar längta efter någons som kliar honom på magen... Han hälsade tillbaka med en stor kattkram! /J
