Traveling as sisters is a joy! I feel as if people around us sense how much we are enjoying ourselves. A recent book we both read talked about the really important thing in life is our connection to others, so that's a lot what this trip is about, the two of us enjoying ourselves with France and Italy as the back ground.

Another biggie for this trip is satisfying our curiosity about the different ways people live.

At the end of our first day we are treated to a view of a grand statue and the sound of the surrounding water fountain. See foto. We had a very full day. 8 hours on the plane, short bus ride to hotel, explored beach and old Town. Got caught up on sleep, out to explore more, dinner and More walking. Gathering many memories along the way.
