The land slopes up quite a bit from the water... our hostel is way up the hill

Common Room In Villa St. Exupery

It was well worth getting to though. There were a ton of cool people there, an ultra-helpful staff, 5 euro pizzas with any 3 toppings, computers with internet, 1 euro beer and 4 euro bottles of wine... I could have spent my whole two weeks there
