Went over the Millau Viaduct on the way to Roquefort. The trip over the viaduct was easy and no view, so slightly disappointing. Arrived in Roquefort and found the Society of Roquefort to see how the cheese is made. Cheese is from ewes milk of Lacaune Sheep and matured in the caves - an interesting tour. From there we drove through the Canyon de la Dourbie, a pretty mill at Le Moulin de Corp and spotted 7 Griffon Vultures soaring overhead.
