Monday morning we drove through a lot of french countryside from the smallest roads bringing us to Vienne south of Lyon. We stayed in the centre of the city on well organized camping car places.
Generally all cities and small towns in france have made it easy as a motorhome tourist, in Beaune where we stayed one night there where 5 places, but all sorrounding was occupied by approx 25 motorhomes from GB, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Germany and others. By 10 o'clock next morning all where gone.
We then went to St. Priest, a suburb east of Lyon. The Concorde dealer is located there, and we had chat with them and waiting for a sending from Concorde factory in Aschback.
We then went to north west of Lyon, driving through the center. Heavy traffic 31 km in one hour. Checked in at Lyon Dardille. We had a sightseeing by bus, metro and on foot. The metro in Lyon is unmanned, the only I've seen before is on Stansted airport. It was strange but it worked perfect.
We walked the streets had a great lunch. It was quiet compared to Paris, much more in our lifestyle. We enjoyed
the city, with all its parks open spaces, buildings and art.
The week ended in Agde, after driving along the meditterian sea.
The temperature during the night is still +12-14C, and daytime upto 25C. But its getting colder so we are soon heading further south to the next country.
During this week there have been change in the Norwegian goverment. We have looked at news from Uk, USA and Germany, but we have not seen one single frase about it in the news. Maybe Norway is not important at all for the the rest of the world. The only news from Norway which had internationally interest was the Nobel piece price. Which where made public last week.
