Bike Tour of Paris

Happy Fourth of July!

Allie got up for a run at 6:00 only to find the beautiful park down the street from the hostel locked until 7:30. Nobody was around, it was a ghost town. Run postponed.

After breakfast we wend to Eiffel Tower. We got off the Metro (we keep calling it the Tube) and could not find it. Its a big tall tower, you would think you would see it. We did not see it because we were standing under it. Ty finally looked up and said "there it is."

After the Tower, we took a bike tour of the city which was very fun. We learned a lot and took lots of pics.

We got busy in the afternoon (more on that later) so we did not have time to do a long blog or download pics, be we will do better tomorrow.

Its getting dark here now, so we are going to go watch the fireworks ... hey? wait a minute ...
