Today was our official last day in London, as we checked out of the hotel (thankfully!) and headed for Waterloo Station, the Eurostar depot, at least we had designated seats this time!! The Eurostar to Paris takes about 2.5 hours but with the 1hr time difference, we arrived around 4ish. Made our way to the taxi rank, along with everybody else!! And finally reached destination Citadines Opera Grand Boulevards, our accommodation for our 4 nights in Paris! By the time we checked in, we didn’t have long as we headed to Hard Rock Café for tea, as always, fantastic. And we got a Hard Rock Bear with a beret!!

Later that night, we were picked up for our Illuminations Tour (all four of us), where we saw the Arc of Triumph, Louvre, Eiffel Tower (that lights up every hour from sunset for 10 minutes!!), and other attractions within Paris. The tour was great, definitely a must in Paris.
