The Louvre
Napoleon's rooms After leaving Hong Kong I flew to Kuala Lampur Via Air Asia. The flight there was good, but that is where is ended upon landing I was told that there was a 9 hour delay!! I was mad but really there was noting I could do and they had promised to put in ura hotel for the night. 1 hour later the 9 hour hour delay turned into 12 hours and the next morning it turned into 14 hours. So anyways that night we go to the hotel which is right beside a brothel ( I know this because there are about 6 hookers hanging out in the front of it!!). We are told that we get a free dinner so I go okay not too bad and I am pretty hungry!! So I go to eat and am sitting at a table across from this french woman and her husband when she announces that she saw a mouse under my table. I jump up and ask her if she is joking(sometimes french people have a funny sense humor), but no two seconds later I jump up away from my table and see this huge friggin' brown furry thing scurry under

crown jewels the table to the next one. This is the biggest bloody mouse I have ever seen in my life. Mean while she is laughing and is continuing to eat(see, funny sense of humor!!) I jump up immediately and stop eating, seriously if that thing is in the dining room what does the kitchen look like. This food is not safe. I get to my room and there are blood stains (or something really like them) on the curtains. I felt more safe in my prison room in Hong Kong than in a proper hotel in Kuala Lampur. Then I get up the next morning and find out that my has beed delayed again, so now I am freaking out because I know I will not be able to check in at my hostel by 10. The when I got to paris I ended up checking in at like 11:30 ( I was incredibly lucky that they even let me check in at all!!) I was freaking out at the triain station and I called my brother in Canada and told him to phone the lady because you can't phone a paris number with an international credit card from a pay

Tomb of Ramses II phone in paris. The things that happen while traveling. Anyways Once I was checked in and had a good night sleep everythong was much better. The apartment hostel I am staying in is amazing. It is in the heart of Montparnesse and I can see the whole city Since from it, plus it has a bathtub(life is always good when you can have a bath). I am having an awesome time here! It could not be better you can get an awesome 3 course meal for 10 euros. The Pain au chocolat is amazing and the bread is fantastic and the baguettes are so good. The wine is cheap and the cheese is delicious. The sites I have seen are so good. I have done the hope on/off L'open Tour. The fragonard perfume tour, versailles, the middle ages museum, the louvre, saint chapelle, notre dame, and the archeology crypt. Also I learned a couple of things cobble stone streets are cute to look at, but aweful to walk on. I beileve they are called cobble stones because they hobble you. There should be a warning for Europe and attractions for Europe **Warning, May Contain Cobble Stone Streets Boots Are Adivised** All the
europeans wore boots and all the unfortunate foreigners were hobbling at the end of the day at Versailles. The only bad thing is that I lost my cell phone (but I got it back today, woohoo!!). Anyways tomorrow I am off the the land of english(yahoo!! finally I will be able to understand eveything)!! I will post some pictures (do not worry, not all).
