Eiffel Tower
2nd floor looking up Bon soir tout le monde!
Well, let me tell you we have had the most fun 2 days! So many pictures to show everyone, hopefully we will find another internet cafe that lets us upload them....
Wednesday was nice cause we let ourselves sleep in, quite a joy really. Not as nice as if we were in a room alone perhaps, however it was still nice despite our 4 neighbours/roomies. We got up and we have found this awesome baguette sanwich place and so cheap. Seriously like 3 euros for a wicked sandwich and so fresh...yummm! Then we went to the Eiffel tower, and, we climbed that bad boy as far as we could go...which is the second deck, but still 1000 plus stairs. Hello buns of steal! actually it wasnt bad at all, it was nice cause we stopped on the first floor and there was lots of signs to look at, and of course the view! It was reno'd a while back so there is a restaurant there and an exhibit of the history of the tower. There was also a post office up there, which I made use of, so everyone can send post cards from the top

Beginning the climb of the tower. Very nice women working there, excellent customer service (I cant say as much for other french citizens....) From the 2nd deck we had to take the elevator to the top and oh my god, seriously the viez just takes your breath away. I was literally speechless and then giddy with excitement to think I was up the top of the Eiffel Tower! Its so amazing, its like you are on top of the world! Its very special, I was happy to have Dan there.
After that we found some dinner ( yes we were up there for quite a while) and then cale back to the bottom of the south pillar to meet our bike tour group again for the night bike tour of Paris. Completely different route, down to the Notre Dame end of things. So pretty, we are definatley going back for a better look at a lot of the sights down there! Mike was our guide this time, such a nice guy and full of info. Dan and I are so used to these bikes since this is our 4th bike tour in Europe, all beach cruiser bikes, so we have taken to
Eiffel Tower
To the first floor helping people with them! I was in the fron to fthe pack with mike ( well thats really just where I prefer to be) and Dan was the voluntary ass man at the back because he is good on the bike and is easy to spot. When we look back and see Dan we know the the whole group is together!
We went for ice cream, the best ever, with the group. I had a double scoop, one scoop raspberry the other caramel. I tell ya its heaven in a cone, in Paris, on a bike.... Ya its just heaven all around there is no two ways about it! We even had this drunk guy come and try to scare us away but there were so many of us, and this guy was just hammered that we ended up almost on the floor laughing at all the things he was trying to signal to us with this wine bottle.... the french are so creative!! After we biked back on the other side of the Seine, through the courtyqrd of the Louvre; which is so beautiful at night, and got to our boat ride, which included wine and was all included

looking down from the first floor in the price of the tour. So nice to drift down the calm river of the Seine and see all the lights of Paris, to top it off the Eiffel tower was all lit up and started to sparkle at the first ten minutes of every hour. Amazing sight, I will never get tired of seeing it. Got back to the bike shop at 12 midnight a little tipsy and very happy with the tour and with the people we met!
Today we got up early to go to Eurodisney. Took us a while to figure out which train to catch, but eventually we made it there. This lqce was almost a replica of the one in LA, fun though and Dan was excited to be in the presence of the Disney! There was a parade at 4, saw all the characters, lots of pictures. Good rides, Space Mountain was crazy and I almost lost my lunch, but still so fun. We had a great time and Dan got a shirt to remember the fun we had. We are pretty tired, so again, happy to go to bed! So I think we will do that.
Tomorrow is laundry day,

At the top of the 2nd floor!! Dan is going comando to the laudrymat! we have both run out of undies... a pretty fair indication, and the rest of our clothes are starting to smell again... Luckily we have easy access down the road, and we shower every night to keep the hygiene up and the smells down!! ok internet is running out! love to all!
