Today was a pretty rainy day, which was disappointing because we went to Chenonceau which is supposed to be one of the most beautiful castles in France because it’s built on a river. The artist of this horse committed suicide when he realized that the horse is depicted with both it's right feet in the air--something that wouldn't actually happen. He was so upset with himself for depicting Francois I on a horse that would not be able to stand up, he killed himself.
