Well, apparently the trip from Cinque Terre to Luxembourg is a very long one, so we decided to stop in Dijon (from recommendations) just to break it up. No place booked, we arrived around 11pm from the train. The hotel people were very nice in finding one that had vacancy. We lived the good life in a two star hotel for a night: full shower and actual matresses! The next day was spent power sightseeing also known as "Dijon in 2 1/2 hours". Sadly no mustard tasting was in this itinerary, we did a walking tour of all the neat buildings and places in the city then went of on another long train ride.

I think we were going to stop in Dijon on our trip to Luxembourg too but instead went to Lyon. YAY!!! I can't wait to read about Luxembourg. I only hope you see dead people :) Cheers, Cathy P.s - My mating call works really good in Luxembourg
