Copenhagen!
cutting nuts with her family!Hi everyone!
I just got back from a week in københavn(thats copenhagen). I drove there with my family saturday morning and arrived there 5 hours later. On the way there we stopped in Århus to pick up my big host brother from college. Århus is the second biggest city in Denmark, and a very nice place to visit also. When we got to københavn we met up with kara at the train station. The whole day we walked all over the city and saw everything there is to see. Towards late afternoon, we went to a restaurant to have drinks, it was located right on the river next to all of the colorful houses. After that kara showed us one of the BEST places to get ice cream, so we ended up eating a lot of ice cream! That night i spent the night at kara's and had to go home the next morning. The next morning we met with my family at Tivoli, which is the oldest amusement park in Denmark. So, to make a long story short, i ended up staying four more nights in københavn with Kara and her family. During that week we made enchiladas for

My host family (except for host sister) and I infront of the water her family one night.Another day we went to the island Mon with Kara's host dad and little brother. There we saw the famous white cliffs and the lovely beach. Followed by that, we went to the restaurant at the top to have afternoon cake and coffee. The last night i was there we met up with 4 other Rotary exchange students, it was a lot of fun seeing them again. Finally i took the 5 hour train ride home alone. But it was a relaxing ride and the people i sat next to were very nice. I had a wonderful time and hope to go back soon. In a week i am going to holbæk for a halloween rotary weekend with all the exchange student of Denmark! i am excited for that.=)
