After a month and a day we finally got out of the hotel but at least we had more room in a suite for the last 2 weeks, so we didn't kill each other.
Moved into a nice house on 2nd Nov, not unlike our own but brighter, bigger and more wooden on the inside. Actually it is the bottom half of a big house but you can hear the stupid neighbours who sound like elephants upstairs! But apart from that its nice. But rent is a daft price though - 1600eur plus 200eur utilities!
Some things are way dearer here like rent as I said (with 2-3 months deposit!) But clothes seem cheaper. Have bought 4 pairs of shoes so far!
We went to the New York City Ballet last night which was very good, they did a medley of 5 ballets so good for the uninitiated & some cool Arvo Part music. It was in the Tivoli Gardens concert hall which as been newly renovated & was very good acoustically. But they have set the Christmas lights in Tivoli & oh my God WOW, think more Las Vegas than O'Connell st., also it was cool as grounds were pretty empty at night.
