Trogir is a charming little town within easy reach of Split, and another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Set on its own island connected to the mainland by bridges and with a mix of Renaissance, baroque and Romanesque buildings it is well worth a visit, although it is so small that even half a day would be enough.
