OK so sorry for the delay I had a little trouble with the internet. The Austrian whether though is something else that has been giving me a little trouble over the past few days. IT is apparently exactly like the weather in Maine during the summer according the Christine. The problem is though that it is cold in the morning hot in the afternoon and cold at night with rain thrown in at random so it keeps you on your toes. On Monday Laki and I decided that we need to go to the grocery store to stock up, travel soaps only last so long. So Laki and I get to the grocery store, MPEIS, on a beautiful Austrian day. After about thirty minutes of us trying to decipher what is condition, what is shampoo, and what we can’t understand but don’t need we walk outside and it is raining pretty bad so we just decide to camp out in this little cafe inside the grocery. It seems that Austrian people and I guess Europeans need beer around them at all times because you could even get it at this cafe in the grocery. SO me and Laki had a

Ryan Lynch is going to kill me Zipher each and waited the rain out. They also had these amazing baguettes there I had a ham and Swiss with lettuce cucumber and tomatoes while Laki had a mozzarella and tomatoes one. They were both amazing and so fresh. It is something that has seemed to have been lost in America in the transition from the old country to today the sense of freshness; I mean I have not had one meal or even bite of anything that was less than spectacular. Once we finished our baguettes we decided to leave and it really was funny how many times standing under a tree to avoid the rain we walked to the bus stop and it was the wrong bus. We eventually got back to the Panorama though.
The next day was when classes began and they were really not that bad. IT was a little hard to find the classroom itself though. ME and Laki and about four other people went into the wrong building at the university and walked up and down stairs until we found someone who told us to go to the other building. Luckily we were all in the same class so when

This was on a set of stairs outside of the entrance to the University of Innsbruck we all showed up to class about five minutes late everything was okay. The classes itself though were not bad at all and Dr Heine and Mrs. Bradford are making them interesting so far. I really think the marketing class is going to be very interesting and stimulating as long as I can get myself awake in the morning with only apple juice to stimulate my lack of caffeine.
After classes last night though me Laki and Aaron went out to get some food in Old Town, the girls were making spaghetti in the Panorama (how boring). We decided to just go to the golden roof and see what was around there. We found a little cafe right under the golden roof and proceeded to do one my favorite things in the world, people watch. After we had order we saw a large group of people coming down the street. It was a group of Americans and it really made me mad at them as I'm sure Austrians feel, they were just yelling and being extremely loud while each and every one had a wine bottle they were just drinking straight out of taking full advantage of the

look at the view out the classroom windows open container laws. I mean it makes me angry to think how easy it is to be at least a normal person and drink out of a glass or to not yell and everything walking down a public road. I really see now why Americans are so disliked around the world and it makes the people like me and most of the group all looks bad because of them. Once they left though we got our food which was of course amazing. Laki got an assortment of dumplings while I got an order of beef Carpaccio. Yet again I decided to try raw beef in another country and this was the best I had ever had, the meant was so fresh and succulent with a balsamic vinaigrette and mozzarella cheese on top. It was heaven.
Once we had finished dinner we decided to go to the Hofgarten. It’s a local bar in Innsbruck situated in the middle of Robin Hood garden so it is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I had a beer that my friend Ryan lynch had told me to try every since I met him, Carlsberg. It was very good I had to admit and it was cheap. Once we walked around for awhile we got back on the bust and travelled back. To our dismay though the last bust at eleven does not take you back around the entire loop to the Flughafen. It only takes you to the end of the stop and then back to the end of the line, so we all got on the bus and ended up at the train station which was even farther away than when we started. We all then got taxi and split the fares back. It was only 2.50 so it was worth it for the knowledge that if you are going to stay out late you have to get the second to last bus to get back.
Okay well that a pretty lengthy entry ill update you with today’s and tomorrows events tomorrow.
