After a little more than one week at home doing some work and seeing my family and friends, I drove to Greifenburg on Tuesday to participate in the DHV Junior and Ladies Challenge. That is a competition for female and young male pilots (not older than 28) that is made up to introduce them to competition flying. I arrived in Greifenburg late on Tuesday night and met the other pilots on Wednesday morning. There was only one more girl, Tina, and three more boys, Jakob, Moritz, and Peter. Matthias, the organizer, had decided to fly in the comp as well, so we were six pilots altogether. That is not much - the paragliding Junior and Ladies Challenge usually has around 80 pilots!
