ST. Maarten/St. Martin
Phillipsburg Capitol of St. Maarten (Dutch)
Mariget Capital of St. Martin (French)

Mac was awake during the night with a case of diarrhea and stomach cramps. He decided he did not feel well enough to leave the ship so Marci left for her own adventure. Nice air-conditioned bus for this trip around the island. This Island is part French controlled and part Dutch controlled. The border is only marked with a monument and people freely cross the border. This island is drier than the other islands. When Marci returned to the ship, we had some lunch and both went ashore long enough to walk around the dock area. Did not go in to town. Four ships tied up to the dock means that there were approximately 8000 tourists there that day.
