It was my idea to see the 1965 New York World's Fair, and in 1968 to travel across North America from Montreal to Seattle. On one of our nights in Havana we ate a fabulous meal at this restaurant overlooking Havana. The pink building in the background is the Hotel Ambos Mundos.

Bryan actually had fun exploring this, the oldest existing fort in the Americas.

Clay Pots

It seems in every museum there is an exhibit of clay pots. Bryan is so sick of clay pots. Here Miranda jokingly swings the knobkerrie, pointing to the exhibit. The staff at the museum let out a loud scream, as they though she was smashing their clay pots collection.

Both Miranda and I enjoyed breakfast, which included particularly good coffee. Miranda liked the fresh fruit.

bay of pigs in playa larga
You can visit Playa Larga and Playa Giron where invasion took place.. there is a nice spot called villa guama which is beautiful near the bay of pigs, playa larga hotel right there where invasion took place and Playa Giron hotel as well.. the road by the caribbean sea is just beautiful.. eat at cueva de los peces where a tectonic fault conforms a nice natural pool.. for hotels check http://www.CubaTravelHotels.com and click hotels above

I have to say as a U.S. citizen I am very envious that you can go to cuba! what a great country to explore! ( Not all of us are like what our gov't projects to the world! ) Happy travels!!
