I got to see the iguanas!!! But boy! The 'price' we paid to see them was less than worth it. Allen's Cay, although beautiful, was very uncomfortable. At least I thought so. Maybe it was just the days while we were there, but the swift current, with the opposing wind, and a less-than-desirable holding ground made for one VERY sleepless night!

This was the first spot (since this trip began) that we had to set, and reset the anchor numerous times. The anchorage was packed full of boats and so to find a spot that would allow for swinging room was already a challenge, but then to find one that actually had sand for our anchor to dig into was a whole other story. We probably re-anchored a dozen times at minimum. Not fun. And no sleep as we were on anchor watch all night.

So we visited the Iguanas first thing in the morning, got lots of pictures, and then we left for Norman's Cay which was a very exposed anchorage, but much more comfortable.
