Mexico 2019

We will fly into Cancun, then do some bus traveling from there. First night in Cancun, fairly near the airport. Next morning we take the bus to Rio Lagartos for a couple of nights.We will be by the ocean, see flamingos, eat some good seafood. This spot shouldn't be too touristy. Have to get to Tizimin to get a bus to Merida, on the north side of the Yucatan Peninsula. Might take in a few museums in this area. We will spend a couple of nights there, then on to Compeche, a low key historical city on the ocean. We will pick up another few nights along the way, maybe Valladolid, or again to Merida or Compeche. We will play this part by ear, see what we want to do. At the end of the trip we will head to Carmen, and take the ferry to Cozumel. Should be a fun adventure.
