It's truly amazing the amount of things you have seen and done and it sounds as if you have enjoyed it all (even the difficult bits). I'm sure its going to be great experience before going to university. You'll have to tell us all about it next time we see you.

I am travelling to Africa this summer, to undertake a four-week community project, attend the 13th World Scout Moot and climb Mount Kilimanjaro. I am participating on the community project through a gap-year company called Frontier and will be volunteering in a hospital in the coastal city of Mombasa. I'm sure I will learn a lot from the experience. The World Scout Moot is the first event of its kind to be held in Africa, and I am a Guide in the UK Scout Contingent attending the event.
