that looks like fun! I want to go! I'm doing a report on the Djoser pyramid. I want to go to Egypt some day and look at the Djoser pyramid. I'm 12 and when I turn 13 I get to go to Spain but now I really really want to go to Egypt. See I live in Roseburg Oregon so I don't hear much or learn much or even see anything about Egypt so the pictures were really cool. Hope you guys had fun. -Shayna
Great Pics! Thank you for the great pictures and the fun summary of your adventure to Giza. I just returned home from Egypt, and was reading other people's blogs of their adventures. Yours paints the perfect picture of the pyramids! I loved your summary of the camel jockeys!!! (my cousin and I would start humming the theme from bonanza when we would see one riding up! We met California Camel and Michael Jackson!) Thanks again!
Sincerely, Kate Hayes (aka. Mountain goddess)
Petra by night I was behind in checking out your travel blogs because of our Whistler vacation.
Bravo! I wish I could have heard that one string guitar play that night at the treasury. cool man!
I'm glad your trip was a success. Memories never fade. Sue
Dead Sea We were at Whistler last week cross country skiing. There was still a lot of snow.
I didn't see your last travel blog until we returned.
I saw the Dead Sea when I was in Israel in l969 on my around the world tour. I didn't have time to swim since I was on a bus tour.
I enjoyed your commentary and all the photos. Wow, Erin that was a colorful swimming suit. I hope your return trip goes well. Thanks again for sending us your reports and photos. What fun!! I bet you are glad to be home and probably have a greater appreciation for life in the USA.
Bye for now. Love, Aunt Sue
Together since 1999, we have shared a passion for traveling and seeing the world since day one. We have been so fortunate to visit the countries that we have. Each experience has changed our lives in a little way. We have developed such an appreciation for culture, art, food, language, and beauty. We look forward to many more years of travel!
