Last day in Egypt I really liked that photo of Erin at sunset with that big smile on her face.
It was interesting to see the food shots since I like to cook.
My hubby, Tom, also had the same problem in India with hands pawing at him as soon as he would get out of a taxi. I didn't have that problem
when I was traveling around the world in l969. Good Luck on your next adventure. I'm enjoying your whole trip.
Tomb Robbers Is that what you are doing. robbing tombs? Fabulous photos and journalistic reporting. Maybe you might want to change careers?
Luxor is truly amazing and you've captured it so well. Good Luck on your next leg of your trip.
I WISH I WAS THERE WITH YOU GUYS! Thank you for including me in your travel blog. what a great way to show everyone what you are doing. I love all the pictures, especially each of you on the camels. I have always been fascinated with Egypt. I hope someday to go!

Friends It's great to see that Erin is getting out there and meeting such nice and exciting people. Matt, it's a shema you are as outgoing as she! :) Have a great trip. I love reading all about your adventures. You guys are the real life Indiana Jones!
Tombs on West Bank Hi ya Matt and Erin,
I thourougly enjoyed my tour through these ancient tombs you showed me today. It is a good thing you are young. Scrambling down a hole 4x4 must have been tough while fighting off 30 mph dust storms above ground. I look forward to your photos and diary of Giza. Thanks.
Your pictures Matt, your pictures kick ass. So why is it that your not working for some magazine as a photographer rather than being an anal raped manager at Michaels?
Seriously, there is some good work here. By the looks on several of the peoples faces, I expect to be paying your ransom any day.....
Hi Matt and Erin,
I'm really enjoying your travel documentary. I'm glad you are there, not I. I can imagine hearing all the noisy cars and people. I don't think I would be hearing cat calls, though.
Great job! I look forward to rereading your journals.
For Real It is important that you put photos of yourself in the blog--otherwise I think your audience begins to wonder if you downloaded these pictures from the National Geographic website! All of your photos are amazing in quality--each one tells a story....and we feel like we are on the journey with you! Thanks for sharing!
Together since 1999, we have shared a passion for traveling and seeing the world since day one. We have been so fortunate to visit the countries that we have. Each experience has changed our lives in a little way. We have developed such an appreciation for culture, art, food, language, and beauty. We look forward to many more years of travel!
