Procrastination has a price, and it’s 300 euro round trip to Madrid, which does not bode well with the budget, especially the first week. With this in mind, a few friends and I decided our destination of choice would be Barcelona, which made our lack of planning seem innovative, chic even and temporarily took our minds off the fact that we were spending our only long weekend in town. Nonetheless, we did as tourists do. Armed with two Canon powershots, sneakers, and a video camera, we took to the streets, in a double-decker bus of course. We started with the red line of Barcelona’s Bus Touristic, which stopped at Gaudi’s famous Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.
