Get up to speed Europe internet! What year is this, 1995? Every man, woman, and child needs the internet to survive, it's a proven fact. You saw Michelle Obama? Neat. Barack Obama was here the other day, threw out the first pitch at the All Star Game. Just watched "Rick Steve's Europe" again on PBS. He's not such a bad guy, I just wish I had his job, that's all. Enjoy Europa Park, looks amazing, I'm so jealous.
Ciao I had a lot of fun with you guys and would travel with you guys again anytime. The place I want to eat at in NYC is on 44th near times square it is called Virgils BBQ. I will have my friend Kody make reservations for us when I arrive in NYC if that is okay with you guys, will your friend also be joining us ? Just give me a number and we will make reservations, I will have a cell by then so call me.
Ah, Paris. "The City of Lights" Still have fond memories of my trip to Paris, soundls like you are enjoying it as much as I did. Forgot those tiny theme park Eiffel Tower replicas, welcome to the real thing. I recommed doing a Seine River tour, amazing! Don't forget the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. Back here in the good ole ugly people U.S.A., we'll be celebrating something tomorrow. Picnics, hot dogs, burgers, fireworks, etc...
Sound like so much fun! I know you said you took lots of pics of the Eiffel Tower, but what about all of views once you got up there, all around the city! I love Paris too! Have fun in Italy!
:-) The trip sounds amazing! I so envious of you two. Can't wait to see the pictures. Has Mike bumped into his hero, Rick Steves yet? I am reading his book right now. It's entitled "Europe Through My Back Door". Excellent stuff. Happy 4th! Will be thinking of you at Nate's firework show this evening.
Never, Never, Never eat at a Weatherspoons! Didn't we tell you to never eat fish n chips at a place with chairs? Weatherspoons, I think has the worst of all British food. I hope that you all managed to get some proper chips in Ireland!
Mmmm, curry Garage party/high school dance? Awesome, I can only imagine. I just watched Rick Steves' Europe on PBS, he was visiting Sicily. Are you going to Sicily? Rick says if you travel to Europe and don't visit Sicily, then you might as well have stayed home. I hate that guy. "I'm Rick Steves, I've been everywhere. Blah, blah, blah..."
CINQUE TERRE What is the name of our hotel in CInque Terre and the address? I am in CT just bumming and drinking wine and I thought I would find the hotel ahead of time so we do not have to search.
Phil
Almost better than Rick Steves What a boring itinerary, glad I'm at work right now. Have fun!
I'm going to publish photos or text from your trip without your permission, try and stop me.
Let me be the first to comment. Well it looks like you guys are almost ready to go. I just arrived in Rome and will meet up with my Dad tomorrow. Are you guys flying RyanAir? Its not as bad as some people say but it is pretty ghetto and the pilot did the worst landed of a plane ever. London will be a good start for your trip. Anyway I will check you blog whenever I get Internet access
