Dear couple~we(including David) miss you~ please keeping your good health because you still have plenty of trips need to show to us.
also, enjoy to be a rich Toby and Emma in Vietnam. I know that about $14,000 Vietnamese dollar equal to $1 OZ dollar~~ you must be enjoying in Vietnam.......
Looking forward to your awesome trips~~~~~~~~
Awwww! Now I'm REALLY wanting to go back there! That traffic chaos scene looks exactly as it did at the intersection near the hotel I stayed in Hanoi. Glad you got to see a bit of history - shame about the other side effects of Asian travel. :( I can't wait to see some of south Vietnam for myself! Keep up the inspiring blogs!!!
have a good time! you can say that again! Traffic in Asia is terrble, I detest too much traffic in Taipei City as well. Well, wish you guys had a good time in taiwan and could have an amazing adventure around Asia!
Keep Up the Good Work! Glad you have recovered from your little brush with the dastardly diarrhoea! It can be so painful and debilitating. Not sure that I want to have the experience of travelling on the roads in Vietnam - makes my morning trip to work sound like a leisurely scenic tour! Love your descriptions of the War Remnants Museum - brought back memories of all the Vietnam guys I nursed at Greenslopes hospital in the 70's. Yeah - OK, so I'm ancient - I could probably have my own "remnants" museum.
Snake's What??? These descriptions of your culinary delights could almost send me vegetarian! Keep on enjoying yourselves in the midst of those challenging menu items.
/wave Hey guys! Sounds fantastic so far! Although I don't know why Toby will drink the snakes blood but not the drinks I pour him...... and now I also know who the other Julia is!
Amazing stories! I´m loving the stories guys. What an exciting trip! But I think I can live without the snake blood and all the other fluids... even though I trust Jason for saying that the blood is better than a Red Bull :)
Take care and have fun in Vietnam!
Lots of love

wow Dear Toby and Emma:
From your point of view, I think I re-know some interesting things in Taipei. I hope this trip is an unforgettable memory for you. I expect to read more your travel blog in Vietnam and China. Have a good trip and have fun.
oh my goodness i'm glad there aren't any pictures of screwed up faces after the snakes blood. toby actually looks happy. but for me?... i don't think so... i'll leave that to you crazy cats. keep up the fun!
:)
Wow! Snake blood huh? And after trying pig's intestines too...I'm impressed! I reckon you'll be able to conquer anything that's put in front of you from here on in. Just watch out for those scorpion's stings! ;) So great to read how you're both going though. Hope you have the energy to keep up the blogs. Cheers, Maddy. :)
Hello Coco and Comet Hi guys - missing you soooo bad! Good news with the shop - let us know how it's going! Having a great time with Jason and Laura in Taipei. Just a reminder - it might be good to give Jason's bike a run now for 10 minutes if you haven't already. Hope you're having fun!
Toby and Emma
Get on with it! Come on Tobes, I want to know what part of the pig was on your plate. You know you can't write that sort of thing without revealing so it had better be in your next entry.
I hate photos but in some weird way I was sad not to be in any of them. Just miss being part of you guys - guess I'm just too far away right now to be caught in the flash but hey, one day our paths will cross soon. Enjoy you couple of weirdos! Mwah xx
Sorry we missed you Hi guys,
Sorry we missed you before you went. Hope you have a great trip; you should come back in time to see Pufflet (that goes with Puffling!)
Hey Lucia! We are learning how to eat with chopsticks, and getting pretty good actually! We're just in the airport in Singapore now, about to fly off to Taiwan. Hope you and the soccer team do well at the game today! More updates soon!
RE wednesday Hi Toby and Emma,
Wednesday will not be the same without you!
Have a nice time, wanna know more about your new asian life!
Did you learn to eat with the chopsticks?
We left Australia on 17th January 2008, and headed to China (via south east Asia) to live and work.
In June/July 08 we spent 2 months travelling overland from western Europe back to Asia via the Trans-Siberian railway.
Now back in China for a while.....
